Pursuant to the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, certain matters concerning the investment corporation (amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, appointment and dismissal of executive directors and financial auditors, etc.) are to be decided by a general meeting of unitholders comprising unitholders.
