Based on the sponsor pipeline and support agreement with Marimo, marimo REIT may be granted preferential negotiation rights for sales transactions pertaining to the acquisition of Marimo's “ArtizA” series of rental condominiums, income-producing real estate held by Marimo and retail facilities developed in Marimo's urban redevelopment business.

Utilization of property information provision support from community-based regional financial institutions, etc.

marimo REIT may obtain property information made available by regional financial institutions, etc. in various regions that are supporting companies.

Asset Manager's independent pipeline

marimo REIT aims to acquire properties through the Asset Manager's independent pipeline based on the network of employees familiar with the real estate market all over Japan.
